With a background in holistic nutrition, I learned what it takes to create meals that are as wholesome as they are delicious. I spent years as a home chef, catering for family, friends, and loved ones, experimenting with flavors, textures, and presentation — always driven by the joy of gathering people around the table.
It was this passion that led me to charcuterie and grazing tables, where abundance meets intention and food becomes part of the celebration itself. Only recently did I pursue formal culinary training, refining the skills I had been honing for years, and turning a longtime dream into Rooted Goods.
